World Mental Health Day (10 Oct) is a day to raise awareness about mental health issues and to mobilise efforts in support of mental health.
As a church, we want you to know we care about your mental wellness. If you are not able to afford the fees for a professional therapist, we would like to help you by referring you to City Harvest Community Services Association to help you get access to professional help. The therapy will be provided by CHCSA’s partner organisation.
A CHC member has set up a fund to sponsor therapy sessions for those who cannot afford it. As someone who went through depression due to a personal tragedy, he recognises the need for people struggling with mental health issues to receive professional help. This fund was also set up in the loving memory of his late wife.
