Jesus often withdrew to a lonely place to pray after he had been healing the sick and performing miracles all day. In this encouraging sermon, Aries Zulkarnain explains why Jesus did this and why every believer should follow His example. Success is often deceptive: one can be lured into attempting to replicate success by doing the same thing. However, God is always doing a new thing. There are two key benefits to withdrawing to pray: one, prayer increases capacity in a person to handle more; and two, praying opens one's heart to hearing what new thing God wants to do in one's life.
