CityFamilies is excited to bring you its very first parenting workshop of 2021: Raising Future-Ready Kids. This is a 2-part workshop happening on 7 & 14 May, Fridays 8pm via Zoom.
Living in an increasingly fast-paced and competitive environment, the pressure to perform and succeed academically can leave our children feeling anxious and overwhelmed. This workshop touches on topics like building your child’s mental and emotional resilience, as well as suicide prevention and mental health. The sessions will be conducted by Gary Koh, a professional Counsellor and Family life educator with two decades of experience working with youths and their parents.
