In the first of a new series, Kong Hee teaches on the Kingdom of God, a future reality Jesus spoke of that Christians can experience in part now. The Kingdom of God is the sovereign rule of His Kingship; it is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. In this sermon, Pastor Kong elaborates on righteousness, which believers must seek first (Matt 6:33). Righteousness can be practically exercised through four laws: one, the law of anger: do not let the sun go down while you are angry so the devil cannot get a foothold on your life. Two, the law of purity: don’t play with sin or temptation, keep your marriage covenant. Three, the law of honesty: keep your word. And four, the law of love, which includes loving our enemies. When we are living in Kingdom righteousness, we have zero anger, perfect purity, perfect honesty and perfect love. This is only possible by the power of the Holy Spirit.

I WhatsApped a cellgroup member, "Pastor Kong Hee to later preach. Good afternoon⛅🌴🌸☕🥖🧈🍊🎰 (the last icon should be🍌). Indeed what 🎰?! To be only the usual sermon. But I did hit the jackpot twice listening to the sermon later:
1 - To finally understand why Jesus told us to let also the other cheek be slapped if anyone slapped us on the right cheek. The keything is, as He taught, for us not to resist the evil person.
2- The replica painting of W. James I love in my bedroom - of a table covered with blue and white cloths where atop were a glass of wine, green/black/grey/red grapes, a pumpkin, peaches, a prune, a plum, an apricot and grape leaves and 2 very faint stemlike structures on the left - actually got the Matthew 26:29 quoted by Pastor Kong Hee 'I tell you, I will not drink from this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink new with you in my Father's Kingdom.

Pastor Kong Hee in the 2.00 pm/10 April 2021/CHC sermon preached good, was engaging and looked interesting, and so good of him to demystery 'What is the Kingdom of God?' precisely/concisely as
it being the rule of law/God/the power of God manifest and that the Kingdom of God is within us and we to receive the Kingdom of God like a little child. The Kingdom of God, what the church is about primarily and not about heady and glamourous businessmen etc but if we find God's Kingdom, we can have a most beautiful daughter as Job's, be the Christians who will rule the world etc.

Revelation 11:15
- The seventh angel sounded his trumpet and there were loud voices in heaven which said: "The Kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord and His Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.
Jesus will drink from the fruit of the vine then.
